Keepers Barn has a good-sized open-plan living and dining area, with a well-equipped kitchen, and a downstairs shower room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. It has a private patio area with table and chairs looking out on the extensive wooded grounds of the estate, so there is every chance of a squirrel joining you for breakfast! Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. Access is via the private front door. The entrance hall has a cupboard containing the washing machine/tumble dryer, and a shower room with shower enclosure, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Open-plan Living room with sofas, TV and DVD. Dining area with table and seating for 6, and door to private patio with wooded area beyond. Well-equipped kitchen with hob, integrated oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dish washer. Upstairs is Master bedroom 1 with a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 with twin single beds. Bedroom 3 with a single bed. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
